Illinois Paranormal Research Society

This was taken at the Stanley Hotel this past Sunday with my BlackBerry. I'm really not sure exactly what happened, nor am I sure I would classify this as paranormal. There were other people taking pictures in the area, I just thought that the vertical cut off of the flash seemed odd. This was taken on the 4th floor hall where ghosts of children reportedly tug on hands and hair. Though you can't tell it, the opening down the hall on the right hand side was the "Nanny's" room where Grant from TAPS was staying when the glass broke on his night stand. I chalk the picture up to using poor equipment.

I can't say with 100% certainty what made that happen but I'd have to attribute it to equipment malfunction, given the clean line between flash/no flash.
